Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements (Local and International) including flights, accommodation, car hire for staff and visitors.
- Coordinate staff functions including: Meetings, farewells, year end, etc.
- Company cell phone administration, liaison and monitoring.
- Company petrol cards administration, liaison and monitoring.
- Schedule training according to agreed plan including administration of payments, records & agreements.
- Track training plan and send reminders to trainers on outstanding training.
- Coordinate IDP and Training Plan for following year.
- Coordinate induction of new employees including mandatory training.
- Monitor and maintain time and attendance records.
- Prepare input for payroll: overtime/allowances/fuel.
- Internal Communication: maintaining notice boards/intranet and distribution of information to staff.
