Job Description

Join our team in Mondeor, Johannesburg, as an Administrator
to support the day-to-day office functions, both clerical and administrative, for the operational branch to meet its deadlines.

Requirements:


  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven administration experience

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office

  • Own transport to the office is essential

  • Exceptional English writing is beneficial.

  • Vehicle Administration

  • General Administration

  • Docket handling

  • Report writing

  • Orders and Payments

  • Personnel files and documentation handling

  • Archiving
