**Position Description:** **House Supervisor / Administrator On Duty**

**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking an **Administrator On Duty** to join our outstanding and compassionate Nursing Administration team at **BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel** .

**The House Supervisor responsibilities include:**

+ Coordinating the day to day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments.
+ Collaborating with the nursing teams, the House Supervisor is integral in balancing staffing on a shift by shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement.
+ Acting as a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.
