JOB DESCRIPTION
Assisting Operations Labour Management (OLM) Department in handling of all general administrative works and other related matter.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all systems data and records are updated accordingly.

- Back pay
- Ensure salary data or any other payroll related matter is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
- Maintain data accuracy, records and reports.
- Submit periodic report as required by the management.
- Responsible to support and manage systems:
- Ramco
- PTP Incentive App
- ESS/ERP/Oracle
- Responsible to managing issue regarding PTP Incentive App and ensuring staff complaints are resolved in a timely manner and...
