Perform daily administrative duties for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) including secretarial, liaison, communication and documentation support, arrangement and reminders of appointments and meeting schedules.
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and various institutional committees and working groups. Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, and ensure follow-up action occurs on various matters.
Prepare materials for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) for meetings, presentations to statutory boards, partners, and customers. Provide support and cooperation to all Heads (School & Department) and staff.
