Responsibilities - Part of the Operations Support team ensuring operations availability of host computers and servers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
- Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained.
- 1st level support for operations software availability and usability.
- Follow up and close all adhoc incidents/issues/requests from end users / customers.
- Applies revisions to host system firmware and software.
- Works with vendors to assist support activities.
- Able to perform shift duties.
- Able to travel overseas to support overseas requirements.
