Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media: Assist headquarters colleagues in managing the social media platforms of the subsidiary, primarily focusing on translating and uploading posts.
- Organize promotional activities: Support headquarters colleagues in organizing promotional activities, such as trade shows, open days, and seminars.
- Manage promotional materials: Mainly including the management of catalogs and gifts used for the subsidiary's promotion.
- Manage documents: Oversee the management, organization, filing, archiving, and safekeeping of sales contracts and other marketing documents.
- Make statistical report: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and analyses of various sales performance indicators.
