Personally oversee each stage of the onboarding process for new families: enquiry, assessment, application, interview, acceptance, and admission up to tuition fee payment and student orientation.
Assist in matters pertaining to the Immigration Department of Malaysia, and/or other relevant government departments on student-related administration, such as but not limited to processing of documents for enrolment, visa application and other immigration matters.
Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, which includes following-up on enquiries and parent feedback.
Follow through with all applications to the point of final acceptance or withdrawal of interest by reviewing application forms and submitted documents.
