A community services agency in Upstate NY has an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Child Psychiatry Leader to join a multi-disciplinary team. This position is responsible for oversight of the agencies psychiatric and medical care. Will provide administrative oversight of health services and provide medical care. Assure psychiatric aspects of intakes, admissions, treatment processes, psychiatric hospital transfers, and discharges are effective and coordinated with other services. Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide psychiatric services as necessary for residents. Provide continuous review and monitoring of treatment progress of cases in collaboration with case coordinators and social workers.
