Adoption Social Worker

Job Description

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker with adoption expertise to join its client’s Adoption Team for an initial 6-month period. This team works closely with the Permanence Team and is driving forward improvements in adoption practice, including how post-adoption support is delivered.

You will work across all elements of adoption services, including:

  • Post-adoption support

  • Access to records

  • Non-agency adoption cases

    • This is an exciting opportunity to influence adoption practice and make a real difference for children and families.
