Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.

About the role

We are looking for an Advanced Electrician to join our team in Leeds, Harrogate, Wakefield and the surrounding areas, delivering responsive repairs. This is a permanent role, working 39 hours per week. The role includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment.

To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live near the Leeds area. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
