Key Responsibilities:Develop, optimize, and document complex 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM Software for high-precision components.
Design and procure custom tooling, fixtures, and gaging necessary to meet tight-tolerance specifications.
Lead process validation and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities for new and revised machined parts.
