We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team for three days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Friday). Previous or current experience of working within primary care is required. With a teamwork focus you will help us in developing our primary care services to the practice population and the Network.
An ANP operating in primary care has a wide range of skills and a broad knowledge base, enabling safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care. Responsibilities include: initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care for patients within a general practice setting. The ANP will work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, referring to and sharing care with specialist colleagues when necessary and using a range of diagnostic and screening services.
