An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B8a Advanced Practitioner for SEND to join CDC nursing in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham NELFT. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a skilled interdisciplinary team within our children’s service, working collaboratively with our partner agency for the benefit of children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families’/carers. The service supports babies, children and young people in the borough across health visiting, school nursing and specialist teams, working collaboratively to ensure BCYP with additional needs (SEND) are assessed, diagnosed and supported appropriately to improve support and outcomes for their future. Working with our local partners to ensure the local offer is reflective of service provision that is responsive to needs.
