About the Role
The intern will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of system enhancements and projects within Life Operations.Gather business requirements through stakeholder engagement to ensure system solutions meet user needs.
Plan UAT activities by translating requirements into clear test scenarios for effective validation.
Execute and document UAT tests to verify system accuracy and completeness within set timelines.
Analyse data and requirements to design simple system solutions that address business gaps.
Resolve UAT defects by working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely issue closure.
Report UAT progress and risks to support informed decision-making and project control.
