**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As an **Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT)** , you will be an important part of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will perform advanced clinical tasks and help create a safe, welcoming environment where patients and families feel valued and respected.
+ Observe patients, document changes, and communicate them with the nursing team
+ Help patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and moving safely
+ Provide advanced care, including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and care for wounds
