Adviser

KIOS Foundation funds human rights work of local organisations in South Asia, East Africa and Ukraine. The Adviser manages KIOS funding allocated to organisations doing human rights work in those programme countries and participates in the development of programmes funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the use of KIOS funding, including regular communication with grantees and supporting them in achieving objectives.
• Contribute actively to Programme Management and Evaluation Learning (PMEL) in collaboration with a Senior Adviser.
• Coordinate similar tasks in programmes funded by other donors.
• Support KIOS communications and advocacy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant master’s degree.
• Knowledge of human rights and a strong interest in promoting them.
• Familiarity with development cooperation.
