Intermediate Advisor – Property Advisory
We’re seeking a skilled Individual to join a team working at the forefront of complex property and land-related projects. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking, sound judgement, and commercial acumen are key.
As an Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality advice and support across a diverse portfolio of property matters. You’ll be involved in complex and often high-profile property transactions, development opportunities, and advisory work spanning both the public and private sectors. This role requires someone who can navigate multiple perspectives and stakeholders — including government agencies, iwi partners, and private sector clients — while delivering outcomes that balance commercial, legal, and social considerations.
