Job Description Med Spa: V/O Med Spa Farmington Location: 134 N Station Parkway, Farmington, UT 84025
Schedule: Tue-Sat, varied hours (approx. 32-40 hrs/week)
Employment: Full-Time preferred; open to Part-Time for the right provider
Compensation: $65-$75/hr base commensurate with experience, plus commission and performance incentives - structure reviewed in recruiter interview
Credential: Nurse Practitioner (NP) only - Utah regulation requires NP for this role
