Position Objective

Lead, execute, and continuously optimize the After‑Sales and Technical Service strategy for all consumer electronics product lines, ensuring excellence in service center operations, spare parts supply chain, call center performance, and customer post‑sale experience. This is a dual‑focus role combining strategic planning with hands‑on operational execution, driving service quality, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency across the entire service ecosystem.
