Location: Romulus, MI


Salary: $90,000-$95,000


Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:00 AM


Schedule: Weekend work required 1–2 times per month


Overview


Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead production operations at their Romulus facility. This is a working supervisor role, ideal for someone who is both mechanically inclined and comfortable operating manufacturing equipment while leading a team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of approximately 15 production and setup operators

  • Actively participate on the production floor as a working supervisor
