In this dynamic position, you will provide front-line support for Aftersales Business users utilizing SAP and other applications. Your responsibilities will include addressing issues, implementing system enhancements, maintaining master data and pricing, and analyzing aftersales performance for both service and parts. You will also identify market trends and opportunities in B2C and B2B sectors to support strategic decision-making and maximize revenue.
