Job Description

1. Quality Assurance, After‑Sales, and Training

  • Lead and negotiate after‑sales service agreements in the local market to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee warranty operations, including parts handling, audits, and technical/service training programs, to strengthen distributor capabilities and enhance service performance.
  • Collaborate closely with general distributors to monitor, analyze, and report product quality issues, providing timely feedback to drive continuous product and process improvement.
  • Coordinate and resolve after‑sales service claims between regional headquarters and distributors, ensuring prompt case closure and minimizing customer complaints.
