• What is the most important skillset: Team dynamics and servant leadership; coaching and mentoring; facilitation & communication skills

• Required: Ability to foster healthy team dynamics and address negative behaviors. Strong coaching experience to be able to coach teams into high performance using Agile principles. Ability to support stakeholders and engage in day-to-day team activities, especially with removing impediments. (Bonus) Bringing experience in data and engineering excellence, ideally at scale.
