Job Description Oversee end-to-end lead management from multiple sources (digital campaigns, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals). Ensure prompt lead allocation, follow-ups, and qualification as per defined SLAs. Drive conversion of enquiries into site visits and bookings through structured follow-up strategies. Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Pre-Sales / CRM executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, call quality, and customer handling. Handle high-value or escalated customer interactions professionally. Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with prospective customers. Maintain accurate customer information and interaction history in the CRM system.
