MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Development of the oilseed sector:
Proposes to the board of directors the organization and means necessary to achieve the program contract objectives Collaborates with the Ministry of Agriculture in the development of the oilseed program contract Contributes to the operation of the regional technical center
2. Sector Animation:
Manages teams. Defines the roadmap for technical agents. Supervises the activities of agents.
3. Administrative and commercial management:
