Responsibilities

• Promote and sell agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farm equipment to farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural dealers.
• Conduct farm visits to demonstrate product application, usage, and benefits.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations based on crop type, soil condition, and pest management needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
