Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical expert for Yara's premium portfolio, providing technical support to Sales, Marketing, distributors, agents, and farmers. Deliver technical training, presentations, field days, and educational programs for internal and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain technical resources, including product recommendations, application guidelines, technical literature, FAQs, and training materials.Provide agronomic recommendations on soil science, crop nutrition, and crop physiology to optimize crop performance and customer outcomes.Develop and execute market development initiatives through demonstration trials, field evaluations, customer visits, and knowledge-sharing activities.Support the development of product value propositions, crop-specific positioning, application protocols, and demand generation strategies.Analyze market opportunities...
