Job Description
Responsibilities - Conduct BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS and NRP courses for healthcare professionals and First Aid CPR.
- Ensure all courses align with American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of the organization's resuscitation policies, training approaches, documentation and auditing processes.
- Attend code blue events when possible and provide expert advice and support to code blue teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees who have received life support training.
- Prepare operational plans and reports including annual cardiac arrest statistics, validation of arrest calls and training attendance.
