What you will do
The key responsibilities for the Design Lead-Plant Modifications will be:
Lead the Design and Engineering development for portfolio of small-scale brownfield projects. Manage and steward Mult-disciplinary engineering design of site led small projects. Accountable to deliver engineering packages to site for procurement and construction by working closely with Contractor, Site team and other engineering disciplines. Lead and steward Management of Change including coordinating with other disciplines and operations, conducting risk reviews when appropriate, and updating documentation. Participate/lead design reviews, Risk Assessments, HAZOPs, 3D Model Reviews, vendor bid evaluations, and project readiness reviews. Work closely with the Engineering contractor in reviewing the proposals, developing the engineering cost and Schedule, and submitting it to site. Manage, steward & repo...
