**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience with cloud native enterprise architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
+ Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
+ Experience developing AI/Generative AI (GenAI) solutions utilizing AI tools and designing multi-agent workflows and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
+ Experience in deployment planning, delivery orchestration, or change management.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
