A vacancy for an IT Product/Service Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe (Madrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Product/Application or Service MFT team to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLAs.
• Responsible for Continuous Release Management.
• Ensure the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and ensure solutions that best serve both.
• Ensure that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner.
• Define chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services.
• Define and go-to-market of the product and service line.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in the area.
• Experience in the area, at least 3 years.
