We are looking for a highly creative and fast-moving AI Content Editor who understands modern internet culture, short-form storytelling and AI-assisted editing workflows, to join us in our Industry Practice & Creative Innovation Department.
This role supports the growing direction of Raffles Plays and SRPS in digital-first and creator-focused media production.
Key Responsibilities - Edit short-form and long-form content for Raffles Plays, podcasts, social media and productions
- Create engaging edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Use AI tools to improve editing speed and workflow efficiency
- Repurpose long‑form content into multiple short‑form assets
- Assist with thumbnails, captions, hooks and social‑first content direction
- Work closely with producers and creators on storytelling and content formats
- Stay updated with trends, internet culture and modern editing styles
