The Barcelona Supercomputing Center AI Factory is looking for an AI Factory Operations & Tools Manager to support and evolve the operational, technological, and process ecosystem behind the AI Factory services and internal operations.



The role combines operational coordination, digital transformation, tooling management, AI-driven process optimization, and support for advanced AI platforms. The candidate will contribute to building a modern AI-native operational environment capable of supporting large-scale AI services for startups, enterprises, public institutions, and research initiatives.
