Job Description

Juicebox is looking for a Customer Success Manager in London. You will own customer relationships, driving onboarding, adoption, and expansion with a portfolio of 50–200 accounts. Being part of a low-ego collaborative team, you’ll work directly with a VP of CS who has experience with leading organizations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Customer Success and a proven track record of exceeding goals. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of £100-130K GBP plus commissions.
