Job Description: The AI Lead is responsible for the strategic oversight coordination and performance management of all AI-related roles and initiatives within the AI Center of Excellence (CoE). This role ensures that AI efforts are aligned with business objectives, fosters cross-functional collaboration and enforces governance and ethical standards across AI projects and capabilities.

The AI Lead will serve as a visionary leader across AI disciplines. This role is pivotal in building and scaling AI capabilities, monitoring performance through KPIs and ensuring responsible AI practices are embedded throughout the organization.
