Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven operations support initiatives, embedding scalable solutions like incident enrichment, predictive alerting, and intelligent runbooks into ITSM platforms.
• Architect and continuously improve AIOps platforms, integrating with observability, ticketing, and automation tools while applying MLOps best practices.
• Act as the principal AI authority, driving high-value use cases to reduce MTTR/MTTD, automate triage, predict incidents, and optimize reliability.
• Build and mentor a team of AIOps specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, operational impact, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with operational needs, ensuring scalable, sustainable delivery.
