AI OPS ENGINEER Important Information Location: Singapore Responsibilities: Architect, deploy, and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps. Continuously enhance visibility into the health and performance of applications and infrastructure. Leverage observability data to investigate system issues and anomalies in real-time. Identify root causes using advanced event correlation, log analysis, and telemetry patterns. Apply machine learning models to detect anomalies, forecast system behavior, and prevent outages. Collaborate with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics for IT incident management. Maintain and automate the synchronization of Configuration Items (CIs) from ServiceNow to Splunk. Ensure accurate service correlation and dependency mapping across platforms.
