As an experienced individual contributor, you will take full ownership of the user experience across advanced financial products - driving design quality, shaping product direction, and working with a high degree of autonomy. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user‑centred journeys, and play an active role in raising the bar for craft and consistency across the team.
