About the Role

Heroes of Digital is building the next version of our agency: an AI-enabled, search-led growth company that helps high-consideration businesses generate, capture, and prove qualified demand from Google, AI search, paid media, landing pages, calls, WhatsApp, forms, and tracking.

We already have working AI automations across light audits, proposals, keyword research, prompt generation, content gaps, content briefs, and content writing. We are now looking for an AI Systems & Automation Lead to help us turn these individual automations into a connected internal operating system.

This is not a machine learning research role. We are not building foundation models.

This is a practical builder role for someone who can combine AI tools, workflow automation, APIs, structured data, and business process thinking to help us automate and scale agency operations.
