• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers: setting clear expectations, running effective 1:1s, and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Drive work planning, capacity management, and delivery cadence: keeping the team focused on impact.
• Translate business priorities into engineering plans and advocate for your team’s needs with leadership.
• Build a culture of code review, knowledge sharing, and constructive technical debate.
