The Role

We're supporting our client as they deliver a large-scale AI enablement programme for a major financial services client.

The programme is designed to upskill more than 80,000 employees across business, technical, operational, and leadership functions through a series of virtual AI learning pathways.

This is a high-volume delivery environment, with multiple cohorts running concurrently and trainers facilitating large-scale virtual sessions across a range of AI capability levels.

The programme consists of five key learning tracks:
