Role Overview

Four AI Translator are required — one per market — to bridge the gap between technical AI delivery and local business stakeholders. Each specialist is the in‑market glue: translating AI outputs and UX content into the local language, managing project coordination tasks, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring the chatbot serves its local users with cultural accuracy. A background combining project coordination with linguistic skills and basic AI literacy is essential.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate and localise all chatbot‑facing content for the assigned market: agent responses, fallback messages, button labels, onboarding copy, and help text — ensuring cultural appropriateness beyond literal translation.
• Work directly with AI Engineers to review prompt outputs in the local language, flag quality issues, and iterate on wording until responses meet local user expectations.
