Job Description

• Have extensive experience in AC repair, installation and preventive maintenance (PMS)
• Hold NCII Certification or higher (RAC or related field)
• Possesses strong and correct fundamental knowledge of air conditioning systems, including proper diagnosis and troubleshooting principles.
• Capable of training and guiding junior technicians to improve technical skills and work standards
• Responsible for ensuring high-quality AC serving and minimizing repeat breakdown cases
• Willing to support kitchen equipment PMS and repair works when necessary. (Doesn't need to have knowledge required for kitchen equipment, but have willingness to learn is required)
