Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs.
- Negotiate with airline or vendor for charges incurred and follow margin guideline to propose sell rate.
- Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance.
- Implement corrective actions as directed by management in response to audit findings and operational gaps.
