Role Overview The Air Gateway Director is responsible for leading and optimizing all air freight gateway operations across Southeast Asia. This role will oversee gateway performance, carrier relationships, and cross-border coordination to support the company’s regional and global logistics objectives.

- Optimize network routing, capacity planning, and gateway performance
- Manage airline and ground handler relationships, including capacity and service levels
- Ensure compliance with air freight regulations, customs, and security standards
- Own operational performance, costs, and KPIs; drive continuous improvement
