Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage end-to-end air import shipment operations from cargo arrival to final delivery Monitor shipment status and ensure timely cargo clearance, permit declaration, and delivery arrangements Liaise closely with airlines, customers, overseas agents, customs brokers, transport providers, and internal departments on shipment coordination and operational matters Prepare, verify, and process import-related documentation including Air Waybills (AWB), manifests, permits, invoices, and delivery orders Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, aviation security requirements, and company SOPs Handle shipment discrepancies, delays, damages, or operational issues and provide timely resolution and updates to customers Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery execution Maintain accurate operational records, shipment data, and system updates in a timely manner Support customers on shipment inquiries, tracki...
