Purpose / Summary

To execute Air Export & Import operational processes in alignment with global standards, ensuring consistent, timely, and high‑quality customer experience. To manage Air FinOps processes, ensuring accurate and timely Order Management, system updates, revenue & cost recognition, and customer billing. To collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (CX, Operations, Finance, and Area teams) to ensure smooth cargo flow, cost control, and invoice quality. To support continuous improvement initiatives, drive process discipline, and maintain strong compliance with Maersk process design and control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Air Operations (Export & Import)
  • Execute the complete Export and Import Air processes in line with global SOPs and SLAs.
  • Manage booking handling, documentation checks, cut‑off adherence, and ensure all shipment milestones are completed timely.
