Job Title: Aircraft Concept Evaluation Engineer
Location: Derby
Hybrid – 3 days on site per week

Responsibilities

• Assess overall performance of aircraft concepts and integrate powerplant solutions to ensure top‑level aircraft requirements are met.
• Integrate with engine project teams, sales and marketing, systems engineering, environmental specialists and sub‑systems design to evaluate engine design at aircraft level.
• Synthesize and integrate multidisciplinary information regarding aircraft design, performance and operation and actively collaborate in the evolution of engine design throughout the various development phases.
• Perform technical studies on vehicle performance of new and existing aircraft, ranging from high‑level competitive assessments to detailed flight‑segment analysis.
