General Summary

ES3 is currently recruiting Aircraft Structural SME’s (Sheet metal technicians) to perform various support tasks for maintenance and modification of F-16 structural sections. Duties include use of precision tooling to exact dimensions, understanding aircraft technical data systems, and leading teams and training individuals on aircraft repair and modification. The role requires reading and understanding detailed drawings for component and system level designs. This part‑time position supports field and back shop performance with remote work flexibility.

Education And Experience Required

• High School Diploma
• 10 or more years of related experience (F-16 preferred).
